General

  • Return Policy
    • If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the unopened item within fourteen (14) days for a refund or credit, less a 5% restocking fee based on the list price of the item. This return policy does not apply to open box items.
    • If you choose to refuse delivery of your item, there will be a $25.00 refusal fee in addition to the 5% restocking fee.
    • If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. UPtab.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
    • If a customer returns merchandise that does not have RMA number it will be sent back to the customer at their expense. To get RMA number please contact us at orders@uptab.com or by phone 1-888-411-4440.

  • Do your prices include Tax?

    Tax is calculated based on your shipping address if you are ordering from Ohio we inclide 7% sales tax for the stat of Ohio.

Orders

  • What is the status of my order?

    You can find the status of your order by logging into your account if you created one. We'll email you to confirm once your order has been dispatch. This email will contain your delivery information and where possible tracking. If you have any queries about your order before arrival you can contact our customer support team by email on cs@uptab.com or by phone 888-411-4440 for advice.


  • Confirmation E-Mail?

    A receipt is automatically emailed to you at the time you place your order. This receipt will contain your unique order number and full details of your order. We only email receipts and don't include them with any packages or deliveries. So if your order is being bought as a gift, you can be rest assured that no pricing will be sent to the recipient, and you can be safe in the knowledge we're saving paper by emailing your receipt to you as well.


  • Do I have to order online?

    The quickest and most secure way is to order your product online. We do though have a sales line that you can call between 9.00 AM and 6.00 PM, Monday to Saturday to place your order call us 1-888-411-4440. Please be sure to have the Product Code of the item you want to order ready for the operator.

    Free Ground shipping in the contiguous United States. Delivered to doorstep by UPS Ground to 49 States. Hawaii, and U.S. Territories require an additional charge Orders of $59 or less will be charged actual shipping charges calculated by built in rate calculator based on the order weight, volume and destination.


  • Free Gift Wrapping?

    Professional Gift Wrapping, you can choose from 4 different Gift Wrapping paper. We can print and include Gift message according to your request.


  • Can you offer next day delivery?

    Yes, we can offer next day delivery on many of items. Delivery will be made to you the next working day after ordering, as long as your order comes through before the necessary cut off time for dispatch that day.
