Fast Charger 140W PD3.1 GaN 3-Port

It has a good amount of weight to it, heavy but it is a quality weight because of the wattage output it gives. Made really well and offers you three ports with an LED light that changes colors based on the type of charging you are doing. Providing you a visual confirmation that it is working. Smaller than what you would expect from a 140w brick but easily stored in your travel bag.For its price, quality and versatility it has quickly become my must have travel item and permanently lives with my travel gear. I like it so much I have the smaller version as well. My only issue is the large logo emblazoned on it but that is a purely personal issue and does not affect its quality and function.

As soon as you open the box you will know that you have something different than your run of the mll charger. ROCK SOLID. You know what I mean. Some things just feel better in the hand . NOT cheaply made for sure.Here are reasons I like this technology and feel some day all chargers will go this route.1) Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology is faster, smaller, more efficient, and covers a WIDE range of devices . So so nice to have one SMALL charger to safely and adequately charge my watch, drink bottle, Radio, tablet. Camera, ring batter … with the SAME CHARGER! Nice for sure.SUPER fast. Some benchmarks are four times as fast!Super efficient.. some as much as 20% due to the fact that they do not waste heat.. and operate cooler.They are SMALLER!! Throw one in your bag for all your devicesTheir lower operating temperature makes components last longer.SO what..This is the way of the future.. lighter, more efficient, smaller, cooler, fasterI DONT THINK you will be disappointed.I am tempted to give away some of my older out dated technology chargers.I feel the product description on the product page is spot on in all respects.If you are not familiar with this technology.... google it.. and you will see more what I mean.Hope this helps.. It can easily power a laptop while charging a cell-phone and a Bluetooth headphone at the same time.How do I know this? Because I did it!While it weighs somewhat more than some other chargers I own, its weight is not inordinate, especially in view of it capabilities. I would call it "solid" rather than "heavy."Its prongs are foldable, thus adding to its convenience when traveling.It has an easily-seen yet unobtrusive light showing that charging is being effected. This is an excellent convenience.There is only one small "fly in the ointment" and that is that this device is not UL or ETL approved. it does carry FCC and CE approval however so I am sure that it is completely safe.All in all, this is positively the BEST USB charger I own and even if its price is somewhat higher than others (currently $65.95 here on Amazon), I feel strongly that this price is a good one for a charger of this quality and I also feel that the price represents excellent value for money.Frankly, it is my opinion that, at this time, you just can't buy a better USB charger than this one.EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!If you buy one, I am certain that you will be as pleased with it as I am with mine.Thank you for reading this.Lawrence H. I started to only give it 4 of 5 stars on the value, just because there are many other options out there similar for less money, but I doubt they can match this in terms of legit power and performance, so honestly this is a 5 of 5. I tested the USB-C PD ports with a meter and they indeed achieve the listed power output consistently, and to have this much power in a fairly compact box (much smaller than any MacBook Pro chargers for example) then this is a really nice unit. Build quality is actually amazing. I like the black with green accents, and the LED-confirming power is always appreciated. Overall it's a soft-touch type of plastic that feels very premium, and the ports and plugs operate with a high level of quality feel. This thing is beefy in weight, but that's because it packs a punch of power. Absolutely recommend!

While this is double the size of other charging boxes- it is still compact enough and the prongs on it are retractable (meaning they fold into it). Take a look at my photos to see what you can plug into the charging box. I use this charger for my laptop and it charges faster and better than normally.Plus, it has helped me cut back on the heat of my devices (I would guess that is because it charges faster). Whatever the reason, I know I will get longer use of my laptop, having lost primary use of my older one because of over-heating and after a short time, stalling because of the heat. So this charger will help me preserve the life of my laptop- something that is very important to me!This charger is great for anyone and would be the perfect gift for a kid off to college- as it will help them preserve the life of their laptop, along with it's ability to easily transport- with the retractable prongs, there is much less chance of damage to it. And with the expense of the charging box- you are going to want to keep it in great shape!
