Refund policy

Easy 30-Day Returns

We want you to love your UPTab purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:

  • Item is in new condition and undamaged, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Product has not been damaged by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will be refused.

Note on opened items: If an item is opened and not defective, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

What’s Not Returnable

  • Final-sale/clearance items and gift cards
  • Custom/special-order items (if applicable)
  • Items returned missing accessories, packaging or showing wear/damage

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll issue a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement.

  • Beyond 30 days: Please refer to our Warranty Policy for coverage.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection at our returns center.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Your bank/credit card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund approval and you haven’t seen the credit, email us and we’ll help investigate.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and return the original item. If you prefer a direct exchange, we can arrange one once your return is received and inspected.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email cs@uptab.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item using the provided details (or prepaid label if applicable).
  4. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Items returned to any address other than the UPTab Returns Center may be delayed or refused.

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Unless the return is due to our error, you’re responsible for return shipping and ensuring the item is adequately packaged.
  • For international orders, duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. You may be able to file for a refund with your local customs authority.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Standard exclusions (e.g., custom items) apply.
